<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for attenuating movement, which is capable of effectively attenuating movement such as rolling, pitching, and a heave which can be caused by waves and the likes to a maritime structure or a ship. The apparatus for attenuating movement includes: a first plate protruding from one side of an underwater portion of the maritime structure or the ship; a second plate which is installed near the first plate; and an elastic member which elastically connects the first and second plates.</p> |
