The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for efficiently scheduling aggregation in a wireless LAN system. The apparatus may comprise: a delay setting part for setting delay time required for each access category (AC); a storage part for storing a traffic ID (TID) of a packet in a queue in a relevant AC when the packet arrives; a delay time calculation part for calculating the maximum delay time which is expected when packets arriving in the queue are composed of an aggregation-MAC protocol data unit (A-MPDU) and transmitted; and an A-MPDU configuration part for comparing the calculated maximum delay time with the set required delay time, and configuring a relevant A-MPDU when the calculated maximum delay time is greater than the set required delay time.
