The present invention comprises a storage tank for storing liquefied carbon dioxide; a supply line module including a supply pipe having one side connected to the storage tank to form a flow path for supplying the liquefied carbon dioxide and a spray nozzle connected to the other side of the supply pipe to spray the liquefied carbon dioxde toide supplied from the storage tank; a dry ice generation module having a spray nozzle arranged therein to connect with the supply line and manufacturing a dry ice block by compressing and agglutinating dry ice powder if the dry ice is sprayed in powder state by adiabatic expansion when the liquefied carbon dioxide is sprayed through the spray nozzle as both sides of the spray nozzle is closed, wherein one side can be opened and closed and the other side is closed; and a cryogenic freezer connected to intercommunicate with the supply pipe to supercool the liquefied carbon dioxi a set temperature or lower before the liquefied carbon dioxide flowing through the supply pipe is supplied to the dry ice generation module.
