<p>An apparatus for fixing a specimen according to the present invention comprises a base having a stage for mounting a specimen on the upper end; a mask arranged to be in contact with the upper end of the specimen mounted on the upper end of the stage; a supporting member which compresses and supports the upper end of the mask downward from the upper end of the stage, and which has a first through hole on the central area and a second through hole vertically penetrating the front end compressing and supporting the specimen; and multiple coupling members which are inserted in the first and second through holes, respectively and compresses and supports the upper end of the mask with multiple spots.</p> |
