On one end side of the strip electrode body (2), a first wound part (21) is formed by winding one end (23) of the strip electrode body (2) at least one turn. On the other end side of the strip electrode body (2), a second wound part (22) is formed by winding the other end (25) of the strip electrode body (2) at least one turn. |
