FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device includes the first element (1) and the second element (2), which are installed so that they can be rotated relative to each other about rotation axis (X). Besides, the device includes transmission element (1) located between them for compression and joint rotation of elements (1) and (2) when torque is applied to one of the elements for transmission of torque to the other element till threshold torque is achieved, after the exceedance of which two elements can move at rotation opposite to action of counteracting torque equal to threshold torque. Transmission element includes the first friction disc (11) intended for rotation with the first element, and the second friction disc (12) facing to the first disc, loaded element (13) that can move in axial direction for compression of discs between themselves and limit stops (15) of the first element at movement from a compression element and rotating drive devices (20) located between the loaded element and the second element and designed so that they can cause movement of the loaded element in axial direction against action of the spring element during rotation.EFFECT: higher quick action of the device.4 cl, 4 dwg |
