PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg therapeutic device having a lower leg massage unit and a foot massage unit, wherein the leg therapeutic device can easily be placed in a housed state, and also to provide a massage machine with the leg therapeutic device.SOLUTION: A leg therapeutic device 10 comprises: a support frame 11; a foot holding body 20 for holding feet; a lower leg holding body 30 which is rotatably mounted to the foot holding body 20, and holds lower legs; a foot massage unit 40; and a lower leg massage unit 50. The leg therapeutic device 10 has a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the foot holding body 20 and the support frame 11 are held closer to each other, and the lower leg holding body 30 is housed in a seat part. In the open state, the foot holding body 20 and the support frame 11 are separated from each other, and the lower leg holding body 30 is placed in front of the seat part. During transition from the open state through to the closed state, the lower leg massage unit 50 at least partially overlies the foot massage unit 40. |
