PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism test method for an acid nutritional food in which the state of microbial contamination is quickly determined, inventory can be compressed accordingly, and even in the case of an acid condition, microbial contamination can be reliably detected.SOLUTION: A microorganism test method for an acid nutritional food containing protein, fat, carbohydrate and water includes: a heat retention step for keeping the acid nutritional food warm under a predetermined condition; a measurement step for measuring the relative light unit of the acid nutritional food in the ATP method after the completion of the heat retention step; and a determination step for determining the microbial contamination state of the acid nutritional food using the relative light unit. In the determination step, it is determined that the acid nutritional food is not contaminated by microorganisms when the relative light unit is 200 RLU or less, whilst the acid nutritional food is contaminated by microorganisms when the relative light unit is more than 200 RLU. |
