<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip having a narrow and deep flow channel, and to provide a method of manufacturing the microchip.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a micro fluid chip 19 of the present invention includes: a step of using a molding tool 16 for micro fluid chips that is formed so that the shapes of a first flow channel protrusion 12 and a second flow channel protrusion 13 are symmetrical with each other, filling a material 17 into the molding tool 16 and solidifying it, and forming a micro fluid chip 19 having a first flow channel 32 and second flow channel 33 symmetrical with each other; and a step of folding the micro fluid chip 19 along the symmetrical axis 14 of the symmetrical shapes so that the first flow channel 32 and second flow channel 33 are disposed inside, and forming flow channels 20 by bonding.</p> |
