<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent dehydrating and recovery method and an apparatus of a hydrous solvent liquid including ethyl acetate, etc. in fields of coating, paints, printing, semiconductors, etc.SOLUTION: A hydrous solvent liquid including ethyl acetate into which water has been dissolved at or above a regulated amount can be inexpensively recycled as a resource. A dehydrated solvent can be recovered at a reduced cost. A hydrous solvent liquid including ethyl acetate into which water has been dissolved at or above the regulated amount is loaded into an evaporator 7, and after a specified amount of the loaded hydrous solvent liquid has been evaporated, the dehydrated solvent liquid remaining within the evaporator 7 is recovered. The hydrous solvent liquid of ethyl acetate into which water has been dissolved can be reused after the water content thereof has been reduced to or below 1.0% of the regulated amount.</p> |
