PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power seat operating device capable of suppressing the deterioration of reliability, and a power seat.SOLUTION: A power seat operating device 26 for operating a power seat 10 includes a base portion 32 equipped with switches (a first switch 28 and a second switch 30); and a dial portion 34 for selecting a moving mechanism to be operated from a plurality of moving mechanisms provided on the power seat 10 by rotating operation to the base portion 32. The dial portion 34 is provided with a switch knob 36, and between the base portion 32 and the dial portion 34, a first wing portion 38 and a second wing portion 40 for actuating the moving mechanism selected by transmitting instruction operation inputted to the switch knob 36 to the switches (the first switch 28 and the second switch 30) are provided.
