<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushed screw removing bit relating to a "crushed screw" or the like worn or broken in a screw groove, and a bit to be removed from the screwed body side.SOLUTION: By a pressing force to the side of a screw groove by an impact driver of a structure, in which a recess 2 having a scraped surface 5 and a curved surface 6 and a flank 3 are formed at the leading end side of a bit 1 so that a hitting force is changed into a turning force, an edge 16 bites into the screw groove 300 of a "crushed screw" 100, and the recess 2 is pushed into the screw groove 300 thereby to form a wall 12. By retaining a removal tool on the wall, the "crushed screw" can be easily removed.</p> |
