<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably discharge a sheet-like member in a roller head extruder.SOLUTION: In a roller head extruder 10 which rotates a screw 16 provided inside of an extruder body 12 to extrude a polymeric material 100 from a material outlet 30, and while forming a bank 38 between the material outlet 30 and a pair of calender rolls 20, 22 provided at a tip of the extruder, molds the extruded polymeric material 100 into a sheet shape by the pair of calender rolls 20, 22, the screw 16 is rotated by an extrusion drive motor 18, a load current value of the extrusion drive motor 18 is detected by a detector 34 for the extrusion drive motor 18, and when the detected load current value becomes a first set value X1 or more, a roll drive motor 24 is turned on to start the rotation of the pair of calender rolls 20, 22.</p> |
