<p>PURPOSE: A smoke reducing device for a diesel engine is provided to minimize a smoke generating time period by enhancing a combustion rate by rapidly supplying compressed air from an air compressing tank to a turbo charger as needed. CONSTITUTION: A smoke reducing device(1) for a diesel engine comprises an air cooling unit(200), a turbo system, an air compressing tank(11), a first electronic control valve(12), a scavenging supply pipe(13), an intake flat valve(14), a second electronic control valve(15), a clutch unit, and a jet acceleration switch(440). The intake flat valve is installed on the scavenging supply pip. The first electronic control valve is connected to the intake flat valve. The clutch unit comprises a switch, which is connected to the control unit to operate the first and second electronic valves.</p> |
