PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring a construction-easy pavement structure and a pavement element contributing thereto, by preventing the situation that a road becomes non-passable by uneven settlement, in a high degree.SOLUTION: A floor slab unit 3 comprises: a plurality of floor slabs 31 and 32 laid over a nature or structure-changing place of a foundation or a channel body 10 and having a structure relatively rotatably connected when the uneven settlement is caused; a hinge 6 for connecting both of the floor slabs 31 and 32 so that the plurality of floor slabs 31 and 32 relatively rotate when the uneven settlement is caused; and a fragile part 7 formed in the vicinity of a relative rotary shaft (the hinge 6) of the plurality of floor slabs 31 and 32 and assisting relative rotation of both of the floor slabs 31 and 32 when the uneven settlement is caused.
