PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable creation of a print, without complicated drawing design, which makes forgery difficult, including duplication or reproduction, and allows a visual check of a moire pattern having a high dynamic effect utilizable as truth/falsity discrimination means.SOLUTION: In at least a part of a substrate, there are formed a doughnut-shaped uneven pattern in which first semi-cylindrical picture elements having a first color are arranged in a matrix form and a moire pattern which is laid on the uneven pattern and in which second picture elements having a second color in regular reflection light and expressing characters, signals and graphics are arranged at pitches different from the pitches of the first picture elements in a matrix form. Either of the first and second picture elements have either characteristic of a light-dark flip-flop property or a color flip-flop property. |
