PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle diameter distribution measuring apparatus for antibody drug and a particle diameter distribution measuring method of antibody drug which are capable of successfully analyzing antibody drug.SOLUTION: Particles 152 of antibody drug are aggregated by stirring solution 151 by a plate 61 and gives stimulation to the particles 152 in the solution 151. A particle absolute amount measurement processing section 512 measures an absolute amount of the particles 152 to which stimulation was given by associating it with a particle diameter. By giving stimulation to the particles 152 of the antibody drug in the solution 151, the particles 152 are aggregated and an increment of the particles 152 of each particle diameter can be checked based on the absolute amount, so that the antibody drug can be successfully analyzed. |
