PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which a service for a customer tenant provided by a service provider is delegated to another service provider, and an access right to a customer data is securely transferred.SOLUTION: A management device 103 manages trust relationship information between service providing devices 101 and trust relationship information between a holding device 102 and the service providing device 101, and sets transfer of an access right to the hold device 102 which a first service providing device 101 has to a second service providing device 101 when it is determined that the second service providing device 101 trusts the first service providing device 101, the holding device 102 trusts the first service providing device 101 and the holding device 102 trusts the second service providing device 102 on the basis of the trust relationship information. |
