PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-holding solenoid valve that can be closed irrespectively of the consumption degree of a battery.SOLUTION: When a drive voltage for closing a solenoid valve is applied to a solenoid coil, an intermediate voltage lower in a voltage value than a valve closing voltage is applied to the solenoid valve before or after application of the valve closing voltage whose voltage value is kept for a predetermined period. By doing so, even if the valve closing voltage is not set low, the solenoid valve can be closed by application of the intermediate voltage. Furthermore, if a battery is consumed, the valve closing voltage can be applied to close the solenoid valve. Owing to this, it is possible to always and reliably close the solenoid valve irrespectively of the consumption degree of the battery. |
