PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing testing time from unnecessarily increasing while suppressing variation in test results.SOLUTION: A rotational axis 2a is rotatably supported by a pair of radial rolling bearings 3a, 3b, with respect to a fixed housing 1a. A pair of support bearings 5a, 5a is provided between a movable housing 4a, provided in a state in which displacement in a radial direction is enabled and displacement in a rotational direction is prevented with respect to the fixed housing 1a, and the intermediate part peripheral surface of the rotational axis 2a. Additionally, a radial load having a desired value is applied to the movable housing 4a in a horizontal direction. |
