<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning type touch panel device that both has higher resolution and shortens a scanning time.SOLUTION: A scanning type touch panel device includes: a pen identification part which detects an input pen; a pen position detection part which makes a scan repeatedly to sequentially detect a pen tip position of the input pen; and a control part which makes the pen position detection part makes a local scan based upon a pen tip position obtained by a last scan. The control part makes the pen position detection part make a scan until a position before a pen tip in a scanning direction is detected when the pen identification part detects the input pen, and corrects the detected position based upon a pen tip thickness.</p> |
