That is, a high temperature vaporizing object injection part provided on a stationary part side can cool a turbine rotation part by jetting and applying a high temperature vaporizing object to turbine rotation parts, such as a moving blade, a rotation shaft or a turbine disk, and vaporizing it at a predetermined high temperature or higher.
