<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric resistance of a joint interface in joining different types of metal members.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a composite member by joining a first member and a second member formed of different types of metal having different electric conductivity from each other is provided. The first member 50 is formed in a long shape. The second member 60 is formed to have a hole having an inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the first member, and the first member 50 is pressed in the hole of the second member 60. As a result, oxide films 52, 62 formed on surfaces of the first member 50 and the second member 60 are chipped off, and the oxide films and an air gap disappear from a joint interface of the first member 50 and the second member 60. Thus, electric resistance of the joint interface can be reduced.</p> |
