<p>The present invention relates to a flexible organic solar cell, a manufacturing apparatus thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are the flexible organic solar cell, the manufacturing apparatus thereof, and the manufacturing method thereof, capable of preventing property changes due to water exposure, preventing damage like a crack in a bending phenomenon, and highly maintaining an electrical property by forming a positive electrode layer on the upper side of a flexible substrate with a conductive polymer layer and a transparent electrode oxide layer which surrounds the conductive polymer layer.</p> |
