<p>The present invention relates to a display device integrated with a touchscreen. The display device integrated with a touchscreen includes: a panel including multiple electrodes with contact holes formed on; a display operation unit which applies a gate signals to gate lines and a data signal to data lines; and a touch IC which applies a common voltage or a touch-scan signal respectively to the multiple electrodes through wiring connected to the contact holes according to the operation mode of the panel, receives a touch sensing signal generated by the touch scan signal from the electrodes, and detects the validity of a touch using the difference of the received touch sensing signal. The multiple electrodes form multiple electrode columns, and the contact holes formed on the multiple electrodes columns are positioned symmetrically between the adjacent electrodes columns.</p> |
