摘要 According to the present invention, with regard to a nanofiber manufacturing apparatus comprising: a nozzle block having multiple upward nozzles which discharge a polymer solution; a collector arranged above the nozzle block; a power supply part applying high voltages between the nozzle block and the collector; a raw material tank storing the polymer solution which is a raw material for nanofibers, and a middle tank storing the polymer solution supplied from the raw material tank, the nanofiber manufacturing apparatus is characterized by further comprising a metering pump which improves the discharge rate of the nozzles. The present invention relates to the nanofiber manufacturing apparatus, which can approximately regulate the volume of the polymer solution by removing an overflow preventing system and comprising the metering pump which improves the discharge rate of the nozzles, thereby minimizing the volume of the polymer solution which adheres to the nozzles without being accumulated on the collector. Furthermore, the nanofiber manufacturing apparatus can minimize the consumption of the polymer solution by using the overflow preventing system and the metering pump alternately or in a hybrid form. Therefore, the nanofiber manufacturing apparatus in the present invention has an advantage of allowing mass production of the nanofibers at low costs.
