<p>The present invention relates to a smart TV which has a motion payment function based on an emotional advertisement. The smart TV, which has the motion payment function about an advertisement object which is selected in the implicit advertisement process or the explicit advertisement process when displaying broadcast content in the streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit by dividing advertisement processes into the implicit advertisement process and the explicit advertisement process, includes a motion payment module which performs a preceding payment by transmitting preceding payment information to a payment server through a data communication network for the payment of a selected advertisement object as a selection signal about the advertisement object is received in broadcast content which is displayed on an output unit as an UI screen, detects motion gesture information according to the movement of a remote control, transmits the motion gesture information to the payment server, and makes the payment server complete a motion payment about the selected advertisement object in case of corresponding to the previously stored personal motion information.</p> |
