PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element of long life having excellent luminous efficiency and a low drive voltage, and to provide an illuminating device and a display device including the organic electroluminescent element.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element has a luminous layer and two charge transport layers contiguously to both sides of the luminous layer, between a negative electrode and a positive electrode. The luminous layer and at least one of two charge transport layers contain nanocrystal particles. |
