PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a company to pay transportation expenses of a predetermined amount.SOLUTION: When a payment responsible staff 30 verifies payment of a predetermined transportation expense input by a student 10 on the basis of a departure place and a destination, a transportation expense payment system 100 displays input information fields for displaying name of banking institution and account number and image information of a bankbook on which the name of banking institution and account number are printed, on a display unit of a computer of the payment responsible staff, so that the payment responsible staff can easily verify whether the name of banking institution and account number are correctly input. Also, the transportation expense payment system 100 identifies the user (student 10) by using a user ID converted from a company code and the user's mail address, when the user logs in to a URL of transportation expense site. |
