<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device such that not only a connected external device, but also the display device itself can be operated by a contact operation on a display screen.SOLUTION: A touch panel circuit detects a plurality of operation positions that a user operates on a touch panel in time series, and specifies whether an operation pattern defined with the obtained operation positions is coincident with or similar to one of previously registered patterns. The touch panel circuit when specifying the registered pattern that the operation pattern is coincident with or similar to performs processing corresponding to the specified registered pattern.</p> |
