<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device in which a water turbine function is attained by a flywheel, an axial force of a horizontal rotary drive shaft is increased and a generating efficiency is increased.SOLUTION: A complete round flywheel 300 is fixed through supporting arms arranged in a radial manner at an equal rotation angle interval to a horizontal rotary drive shaft 200 connected to a power generator, water receiver blades 303 are arranged at the outer circumference of the flywheel to cause the flywheel to be rotatable by water flow, a pair of complete round ring rails 500a with their center being displaced from the center of the horizontal rotary drive shaft are oppositely arranged against both side surfaces of the flywheel and fixed. Inner weights 600a and outer weights 600b connected at a prescribed interval are movably inserted and installed at weight guide arms 300b, the inner weights are provided with guide rolls 602 engaged with the ring rails in such a way that they can run, guide resistances of the weights eccentrically rotated are reduced, a rotating speed of the flywheel is set safely and advantageously in a high speed range, a strong rotation moment is applied in sequence in a stable manner to the horizontal rotary drive shaft at an eccentric side of the vertical ring rail.</p> |
