PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that provides highly effective learning content.SOLUTION: A learning content delivery system comprises: a content creation section that applies vibration data to predetermined educational materials and creates learning content with vibration; a delivery section that delivers the learning content with vibration created by the content creation section; a receiving section that receives the learning content with vibration delivered by the delivery section; and a playing section that plays the learning content with vibration received by the receiving section.
