<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder which can make compatible high thrust and a high speed, and can prevent a capacity of a drive source of a motor or the like from being excessively large.SOLUTION: This feeder comprises: a first feeding screw 11 which rotates a first nut 3 by a first drive source 4, and linearly moves a first screw shaft 1; a second feeding screw 12 which rotates a second nut 5 by a second drive source 6, and linearly moves the first screw shaft 1 and the first nut 3 together with a second screw shaft 2; and a reverse operation prevention device 13 which prevents that a reaction force acting on the first screw shaft 1 is converted to the torque of the first nut 3, and transmitted to the first drive source 4 when the second feeding screw 12 rotates the second nut 5, and linearly moves the first screw shaft 1 and the first nut 3 together with the second screw shaft 2.</p> |
