<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health exercise device for performing a circular motion of leg waist that strengthens the leg waist, and at the same time develops a physical sense of balance, by solving conventional problems caused when a user steps on a movable step plate and performs the opening and closing movement of legs only by using inside muscles of thighs, so that muscle burden is large and it is unsuitable for people lacking a physical strength.SOLUTION: A health exercise device for performing a circular motion of leg waist is configured by: providing three sets of bearing cases A on a bottom plate; providing three sets of bearing cases B under a step plate; providing a rotation arm between each bearing case B and bearing case A; and connecting in a crank shape. The rotation arm is provided with a plurality of bolt holes for the bearing case B capable of changing a rotation radius, and casters for receiving an impact vertical load are provided at the lower part of the bearing case B. Also, a bar with a stanchion is provided in front of the bottom plate.</p> |
