<p>The present invention relates to high-strength hot rolled steel sheets with excellent surface quality and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to hot rolled steel sheets which include: 0.20-0.25 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.04-0.06 wt% of carbon, 0.05-0.10 wt% of phosphorus (P), 0.010-0.015 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.02-0.06 wt% of at least one of niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V), and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities.</p> |
