<p>The present invention relates to a hot-water generating apparatus using waste heat and, more specifically, to a hot-water generating apparatus using waste heat, wherein the hot-water generating apparatus is capable of generating hot water using flames or waste heat from a kitchen burner having a water heating part at the upper side thereof when food is cooked by the kitchen burner, and is capable of heating hot water for heating using the generated hot water, thereby simultaneously generating hot water for kitchen and for heating. The hot-water generating apparatus using waste heat according to the present invention comprises: a kitchen hot water supplying part storing kitchen hot water, heating the kitchen hot water by circulating the stored kitchen hot water, and heating hot water for heating using the heated kitchen hot water; a water heating part heating the kitchen hot water flowing from the kitchen hot water supplying part; and a heating hot water supplying part indirectly heating the hot water for heating using the kitchen hot water heated by the water heating part.</p> |
