The present invention relates to a system for providing research results of interaction between AGER and SURM1 in body fluids, cells, and tissues derived from diabetic cardiovascular disease, cancer and dementia patients. A system includes: a web server which provides a webpage for a terminal of a main agent of research to connect thereto through a communications network; a scoring module which calculates a score so as to provide SURMylation probability for an AGE-R displayed as a score in each of SURMylation sites for the terminal of the main agent of research which connects to the webpage stored in the web server; and a database unit which stores data required for the scores in the SURMylation sites calculated by the scoring module, and the scores in the SURMylation sites calculated by the scoring module. Therefore, the system enables a user to receive the SURMylation probability of the AGE-R as the scores anytime and anywhere and to check results of a research on the AGE-R, thereby preventing a duplicate research on the AGE-R and improving research efficiency. In addition, interaction between the AGE-R and SURM1 proteins is first proposed. Further, the present invention helps draw correlation with a signal transmission path. Moreover, drugs, quasi-drugs, functional health food, daily supplies, etc., for treating all of diseases such as dementia, Alzheimer diseases, diabetic cardiovascular diseases, various cancers, various inflammation-related disorders, etc., can be easily developed by using or applying a part of the whole of the interaction between the AGE-R and the SURM1 proposed first in the present invention. |
