A paint removing device is disclosed. A device for removing paint on an inner surface around a seat hole processed in cofferdam of a vessel comprises: a body part which can rotate around a first rotating shaft; a processing part coupled at one end of the body part to be rotating and grinding through a processing surface by rotation of the body part; and a state conversion part switching into either a basic state in which the processing part is aligned with the first rotating shaft or a processing state in which the processing part is perpendicular to the first rotating shaft. The processing part enters or is taken out through the seat hole in the basic state, and paint on an inner surface around the seat hole can be removed as the processing part rotates by corresponding to the rotation of the body part in the processing state. |
