The bottle has a body (1) in which a reservoir (2) designed for conditioning a product e.g. perfume product, is formed. A dispensing device is arranged for dispensing the conditioned product. A reservoir filling valve (7) is arranged to enable communication of a product source (8) with the reservoir to refill the reservoir. A locking device is arranged for locking a check valve (13) in a closed position. The locking device is arranged to be deactivated by leaving the check valve in a closed position to release subsequent displacement of the check valve into an open position. An independent claim is also included for a refillable bottle assembly.
