The present invention relates to a folding chair which can be spread using a prefabricated frame and a seat coupled to the frame and can be easily stored by being folded, and more specifically, to a folding chair which improves user convenience by adjusting the height of the seat by comprising a width adjustable frame and the seat. According to the present invention, a pair of X-link frames having a hinge in a crossed middle part and having a leg function are placed with an interval from each other. A support frame is installed on the X-link frames. The seat is installed on the X-link frames and the support frame. A width adjusting device is installed on the seat to adjust the width of the seat.
