The present invention relates to a fuel supply device comprising a safety container which stores fuel supplied to a ship; and a supply crane which is installed at a fuel supply ship to deliver the safety container to a ship. The supply crane includes a first extension unit which is formed to be able to extend and contract the supply crane; and a first support unit which supports the extension unit. The safety container includes a storage unit having fuel stored therein; a sealing unit sealing the storage unit; an outlet through which fuel is injected or discharged; and a sealing cover covering the outlet. According to the present invention, the fuel supply device stores fuel in the safety container first, and then delivers the safety container to a ship, thereby stably supplying the fuel to the ship.
