The present invention relates to an isopropylgermane compound and, more particularly, to a novel isopropylgermane compound capable of being used for organic vapor deposition and to a composition including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the isopropylgermane compound simply and easily at a high yield rate from an isopropyl compound.
