<p>The present invention relates to a method for handling the loss of a password of an electronic device. When a user has lost a password of an electronic device, the user calls a call center to simply get a one-time password (OTP) and use the electronic device. Therefore, because an A/S agent does not need to visit the site and set up a new password of the electronic device, the method can improve user convenience while being economical.</p> |
