PREPARATION METHOD OF GEL FOR DEODORANT BY USING NATURAL MINERAL

Provided is a manufacturing method of deodorant gel with natural mineral, which comprises: a step of mixing purified water with a buffering agent, a gelation agent, inorganic salts, an antifoaming agent, a deodorizing ingredient, and natural mineral, controlling the pH of a mixture of the purified water, the buffering agent, the gelation agent, the inorganic salts, the antifoaming agent, the deodorizing ingredient, and the natural mineral to be in a range of 4 - 9, and then preparing a natural mineral-mixed solution by heating the mixture at a temperature range of 50 - 90°C; a step of preparing a dispersant-mixed solution by mixing a solubilizing agent, a dispersion stabilizer, an air freshener, and a food coloring; a step of preparing a deodorant gel solution by stirring the dispersant-mixed solution into the natural mineral-mixed solution at a temperature range of 65 - 85°C for 10 - 60 minutes; and a step of manufacturing the deodorant gel cooling the deodorant gel solution after injecting the deodorant gel solution into a mold.
