Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving a beamforming report frame for a transmit beamforming technology. According to an embodiment, the method for transmitting and receiving a beamforming report frame for a transmit beamforming technology includes a step of obtaining data of a signal which a receiver transmits; and a step of allocating a sequence number of a management frame accordance with the data by using one which is selected among MAC software or MAC hardware to allocate the sequence number based on a type of the data.
