[Problem] In the prior art, it was assumed that a suitable value of the power consumption was set beforehand as the target value, and no consideration was given to the case where an excessively small value is set. [Solution] In order to solve the above problem, an alarm output device is proposed that constantly performs monitoring to ascertain whether the amount of power predicted to be consumed in each unit time zone will exceed a set upper limit target value and, if it concludes that this value will indeed be exceeded and the time point where such exceeding will take place is substantially at the beginning of said time division, outputs an alarm or outputs an instruction for altering the upper limit target value in the time zone. |
