<p>A multilayer panel according to the present invention performs each unique function and includes a plurality of functional plates which are vertically laminated and a plurality of combination layers which are located between the functional plates and combine the functional plates. At least one combination layer includes a plurality of scatters. Therefore, according to the embodiments of the present invention, straight light emitted from the display panel passes through the combination layer on which the scatters are dispersed and is scattered by the scatters.
