摘要 The present invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery device comprising: an evaporator having a heating medium path in which a heating medium composed of gas or steam flows and an operating medium path; an expansion unit; a rotating unit; a condenser; a pump; a pressure sensing detecting at least one among pressure of the heating medium provided to the heating medium path, pressure of the heating medium leaking from the heating medium path, pressure of an operating medium leaking from the operating medium path, and pressure of the operating medium introduced into the operating medium path; and a controller reducing the inflow rate of the operating medium in the operating medium path when an acquisition value is acquired, wherein the acquisition value is greater than or equal to an upper value of an allowable variation range and less than or equal to a lower value of the allowable variation range based on a representative value related to a detection value of the acquired pressure sensor within a measuring period. By this composition, the present invention is capable of controlling water hammer phenomenon generated in the evaporator in which heating medium composed of steam of gas is provided.
