The present invention relates to a recovery method of vanadium and tungsten from leaching solution of denitration spent catalyst and, more specifically, to a recovery method of vanadium and tungsten from leaching solution of denitration spent catalyst comprising a step for precipitating and recovering vanadium by adding a calcium compound after adding acid to leaching solution of denitration spent catalyst; and a step for precipitating and recovering tungsten by recovering the vanadium, adding acid to the remaining leaching solution, and adding a calcium compound.
