The microfluidic device comprises: a first substrate (110) including an inlet (113) which penetrates one side thereof, an outlet (115) which penetrates the other side, and a channel (117) which penetrates in order to connect to the inlet (113) and the outlet (115); a second substrate (120) which is combined with one surface of the first substrate (110) and includes a reference electrode (123) and a relative electrode (125); and a third substrate (130) which is combined with the other surface of the first substrate (110) and includes a first work electrode (133) and a second work electrode (135).</p> |
